cGMP

cGMP

cGMP refers to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA to ensure that quality and safety are built into the design and manufacturing process in every step. cGMP systems assure proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. We adhere to cGMP regulations to ensure the identity, strength, purity, safety and efficacy of all products. Our facilities and manufacturing operations include strong quality management systems, equipment that is properly maintained and calibrated, employees who are qualified and fully trained, obtaining quality raw materials, practicing stringent operating procedures, testing and verifying product quality, and maintaining reliable testing laboratories.
NASC

NASC

Alliance Nutra’s NASC Quality Seal identifies our commitment to quality, vigilance, and continuous improvement to promote the well-being of companion animals and horses. As a member of the NASC, we follow strict guidelines for product quality assurance, adverse event reporting and labeling standards, including an audit every two years by a third-party inspector. We demonstrate ongoing compliance by providing written standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production process control, maintaining an adverse event reporting/complaint system to monitor and evaluate products, and comply with stringent labeling guidelines for all products and all forms of labeling.

GMO-Free Product Capabilities

Alliance Nutra can source “GMO-free” raw materials and have materials and final products third party tested to verify product quality. Our quality control processes ensure your products are GMO-free attesting the absence of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) in the manufacturing of products. The GMO-free seal gives the consumer the assurance that a product has completed a comprehensive third-party verification for compliance with the GMO-free standard. When it comes to food labeling, our third-party certifications ensure the claim is unbiased, rigorous, and transparent.

Alliance Nutra

Vegan Product Capabilities

Alliance Nutra can manufacture vegan products and have them certified by a third party laboratory. We can assure specifications and ingredients are vegan and not tested on animals.

Products stamped with a vegan badge means that they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. For all vegan products Alliance Nutra manufacturers ingredients are sourced from verified vegan suppliers and manufactured in a facility that does not process animal derived ingredients.

Alliance Nutra

Gluten-Free Product Capabilities

Alliance Nutra can manufacture products made with gluten-free ingredients to be labeled as gluten-free. If a food carries a “Certified Gluten-Free” seal on its label, by law it needs to have less than 20 parts per million of gluten. For most people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, this usually means it can be eaten safely.

In order to carry the Certified Gluten Free label, products must be tested and certified every year. The requirements include performing detailed facility inspections and product packaging reviews to make sure the product is free of gluten-containing ingredients. Our certified gluten-free products are tested annually in a process that includes an ingredient review, plant inspection, and product testing.
